Introduction
-----

Most K-12 schools have their own web sites, and it is becoming more common for teachers to have one as well.
On a teacher’s web site
you might find a classroom newsletter to parents, links to curriculum resources and projects for students, a classroom calendar listing homework and announcements, or examples of students’ multimedia work.

-----

There are many ways to create web pages. These include text editors (e.g. Microsoft Word), web page authoring software
(e.g. Microsoft FrontPage, Dreamweaver) and online web site hosting services (e.g. Google Sites). Below you find tutorials to several
FREE sites to create and host your web pages.
Check with your instructor to see which one you will be learning about in class.
