Topic:
Faith and credit |
| Annotation:
Full faith and credit means that a law or an order issued in one jurisdiction or place will be enforced in another jurisdiction or place. Article Four of the Constitution extended the full faith and credit of the United States to all states. This means that laws and judicial rulings in all states are enforceable in all other states.
