Nestled in the heart of Clarkesville near the downtown district is the elegant Charm House.  The house was built by W.R. Asbury in 1907, and was later sold as a hotel called "The Charm House."  The hotel has rich history, and has served as a hospital in addition to a hotel.  It is still in operation today, as a bed and breakfast under the new name of "The Asbury House."
