Feature site: Free Lunch from Economy.Com
http://www.economy.com/freelunch/
This site is run by economy.com. Although you do have to register for its services, economy.com does provide a ‘free lunch’ of not only vast amounts of international economic data (1,680,833 series), but also limited information on urban and rural geography. The site provides information on the stock market, local and international products and markets, and data on social issues such as crime and food stamp programs. While the site also offers social and geographic information, it is primarily a wellspring of free financial and economic databases. Although this site does not specifically cater to educators, it remains an excellent resource for secondary economics teachers.
