Feature site: Independent Media Center
http://www.indymedia.org/
Various independent and alternative media organizations and activists contribute to indymedia.org. Most of the people who contribute news and time to this organization do so free of charge. The goal of this community is to create accurate grassroots information distribution on current world issues as they pertain to racism, the environment, money distribution, and human rights violations. This website is excellent and is user friendly. Information is easy to access and is very comprehensive. This site is recommended this site to anyone seeking to obtain information on issues that may otherwise get presented under a political bias or that do not get adequate recognition. .
